Our a/c suddenly stopped working and it’s been around 6 months since getting our new unit. Andrew answered our call immediately and had a service tech at our condo WITHIN THE HOUR. The tech, who was very kind and knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour as well!!
Fortunately we are under warranty so they fixed the issue and did our 6 month service and waived the service fee!!!!!

She made an appointment for us and Andrew came out the next day. He first answered all my questions and then diagnosed the problem. I have worked for a designer and dealt with many subcontractors over the years. This brother team and owners are more professional and honest than most. It was a complicated job moving an A/C unit from one location to another. Finding someone who wanted to move ductwork and coolant lines was hard, but they were up to the challenge.
