Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. I normally do not post comments on Google. However this is a different case. I called infinite a ir by fluke and I couldn't be more happy they are professionalwith their service. They did not try to pressure me into purchasing anything that was not needed or tried to chapnge my mind like other companies have done in the past. They are professional and knowledgeable. I recommend this company full throttle to come back anytime even if it's to service my system. Thank you infinite AC for the wonderful help.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. +2⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Infinite Air — Exceptional Service, Highly Recommend!

Our a/c suddenly stopped working and it’s been around 6 months since getting our new unit. Andrew answered our call immediately and had a service tech at our condo WITHIN THE HOUR. The tech, who was very kind and knowledgeable, diagnosed and fixed the issue within the hour as well!!
Fortunately we are under warranty so they fixed the issue and did our 6 month service and waived the service fee!!!!!
Having your a/c go out in Florida is something only us Floridians truly understand! My husband and I are so appreciative 🙏
The customer service with Infinite Air is incredible! They even put up my large dogs 😁. We can not thank Andrew and his team enough!!
Best regards 😊

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. +6We are incredibly grateful to Infinite Air LLC for another outstanding job in our home! They have serviced our nearly 20-year-old AC system several times, and they have always been professional, kind, responsive, and reliable.

When we decided to replace our old system with a more energy-efficient one, they made the entire process easy. They answered all our questions, communicated clearly, and did an excellent job from start to finish.

A special thank-you to Wayne Gosnell, who arrived early, explained everything clearly, and was incredibly patient and kind. Joseph, one of the owners, also came by to check on the installation, and Andrew was very helpful throughout the project.

My husband and I are extremely happy with the results! We highly recommend Infinite Air LLC for their quality work, excellent service, and genuine care for their customers.

Thank you again to Wayne and everyone at Infinite Air LLC. We truly appreciate you and wish you continued success and many blessings! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Verified After researching several different companies, we decided that Infinite Air was going to be the best choice for our needs. I spoke to Destiny which was very helpful and sweet. She made an appointment for us and Andrew came out the next day. He first answered all my questions and then diagnosed the problem. I didn't know that a part we needed was under warranty until Andrew researched it for me. He ended up saving us money on the part. Not only is he great at his job but he is also very personable. This company is extremely fair priced. They seem to be more about the quality of their work and pleasing the customer rather then selling things that the customer doesn't need. I will continue to use them for all of our A/C needs including maintenance. Highly Recommend!!!

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. We are extremely grateful and very pleased with the excellent service we received from Infinate Air from Lake Mary. From the very beginning, they demonstrated a high level of professionalism, extensive knowledge of their work, and exceptional human kindness.

They responded to our air conditioning emergency amazingly, showing diligence, honesty, and a genuine commitment to helping us. What we appreciated most was their transparency, friendly treatment, and the confidence they conveyed throughout the entire process.

They worked in our home after regular business hours, until late in the evening, making sure everything was functioning perfectly. Nowadays, it is difficult to find companies with such dedication, responsibility, and excellent pricing for work of this quality.

We highly recommend Infinate Air to anyone in need of reliable, honest service performed by true professionals.

Thank you Infinate Air!!! God Bless You All!!!

Verified My beau and I recently moved to Lake Mary, FL and our air conditioning crapped out on us. They caught my eye when I was searching and saw this company had 5 stars on google, so we gave them a call for AC repair. Andrew, one of the owners, was very attentive over the phone and came out to help us that same day, which is unheard of. Not only was he a genuine person, but he explained our issue in terms I could understand clearly and got the job done. It touched a special place in my heart when he told us he created the company with his brother, Bradley. Truly the best experience I've had with any HVAC company, the pricing and customer service was excellent and they were so honest I wish they did mechanic work, too, haha. Would recommend 11/10! Thank you Infinite Air!

Verified Drew and his team were awesome from start to finish--fast, efficient, and most importantly, honest. After having three different AC companies come out--none of whom actually knew how to install mini-splits--it was a relief to find someone who was both knowledgeable and confident in the work. Drew handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and got the job done right the first time.

He kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. His prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work.

I've had him come out a number of times since our first experience adn every time it's been a very good experience each time he was able to fix the issue and keep us cool :) . Not what youd expect from a home service type -- you know AC guys and those sorts can provide spotty service at times.

On top of that, he's just a super cool and genuinely nice guy--you can tell he cares about his customers. :)

Verified My sister's heat went out in the middle of the night during a cold front. She has one new born and a beautiful family who really couldn't go without fixing it, ESPECIALLY considering it was Christmas Eve. The men at Infinite Air went above and beyond with responding and explaining what was going on while fixing her issue. If I could leave a thousand five star reviews I would. They were modest and thorough with the work they did and really saved my sisters new family from an uncomfortable living environment on a holiday not many people would work. We will be calling them for future AC inquiries and recommending these guys to everyone!!

recommendsTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Facebook. I have worked for a designer and dealt with many subcontractors over the years. This brother team and owners are more professional and honest than most. It was a complicated job moving an A/C unit from one location to another. Finding someone who wanted to move ductwork and coolant lines was hard, but they were up to the challenge. Note they are busy guys, so patience, until they line you up on the work schedule is a must. But, at the end of the day, they did as they promised, and everyone was happy.
