Reached out to Infinite Air Flow due to lots of condensation on air vents. Andrew arrived in record time, listened to my concerns, throughly inspected the system found the issues and resolved them expeditiously!! I recently had Infinite Air install a new A/C system in my home in Lake Mary, Florida, and I could not be more pleased. From start to finish everything was done professionally. Andrew answered all of my questions and addressed all of my concerns for the entire process.  He provided options that fit my budget. The installation went smoothly as Wayne and Noah arrived on time and left my home neat and clean.  Andrew took the time to stop by my home later that evening around 9:00 PM to make a minor adjustment to the Air Handler. After researching several different companies, we decided that Infinite Air was going to be the best choice for our needs. I spoke to Destiny which was very helpful and sweet. She made an appointment for us and Andrew came out the next day. He first answered all my questions and then diagnosed the problem. I didn't know that a part we needed was under warranty until Andrew researched it for me. He ended up saving us money on the part. Not only is he great at his job but he is also very personable. This company is extremely fair priced. They seem to be more about the quality of their work and pleasing the customer rather then selling things that the customer doesn't need. Responsive and responsible HVAC company.Called Infinite Tuesday late afternoon and Andrew came to my house Wednesday morning. On time and very friendly. I had some concerns with my unit and Andrew answered all questions I had. He measured and checked everything on the AC that could be checked. My beau and I recently moved to Lake Mary, FL and our air conditioning crapped out on us. They caught my eye when I was searching and saw this company had 5 stars on google, so we gave them a call for AC repair. Andrew, one of the owners, was very attentive over the phone and came out to help us that same day, which is unheard of. Not only was he a genuine person, but he explained our issue in terms I could understand clearly and got the job done. It touched a special place in my heart when he told us he created the company with his brother, Bradley. Truly the best experience I've had with any HVAC company, the pricing and customer service was excellent and they were so honest I wish they did mechanic work, too, haha. Would recommend 11/10! Drew and his team were awesome from start to finish--fast, efficient, and most importantly, honest. After having three different AC companies come out--none of whom actually knew how to install mini-splits--it was a relief to find someone who was both knowledgeable and confident in the work. Drew handled everything quickly, communicated clearly, and got the job done right the first time. He kept me updated every step of the way and made the whole process stress-free. His prices were very reasonable, especially for the quality of work. I've had him come out a number of times since our first experience adn every time it's been a very good experience each time he was able to fix the issue and keep us cool :) .  Not what youd expect from a home service type -- you know AC guys and those sorts can provide spotty service at times. Called Infinite Air on Monday evening and Andrew answered the phone. He tried troubleshooting over the phone which was great. We weren't able to figure it out so he scheduled me for the next day accommodating my schedule. Andrew showed up on time, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem while explaining everything he was doing along the way. Responsive, fairly priced and would highly recommend! My sister's heat went out in the middle of the night during a cold front. She has one new born and a beautiful family who really couldn't go without fixing it, ESPECIALLY considering it was Christmas Eve. The men at Infinite Air went above and beyond with responding and explaining what was going on while fixing her issue. If I could leave a thousand five star reviews I would. They were modest and thorough with the work they did and really saved my sisters new family from an uncomfortable living environment on a holiday not many people would work. I contacted Infinite Air in an emergency situation due to my house being over 90 degrees and my two dogs were both very uncomfortable. Even with a full schedule Andrew was able to come out and service my AC so I had cold air through the night. Andrew was very professional, honest, and speedy with the repair. I have worked for a designer and dealt with many subcontractors over the years. This brother team and owners are more professional and honest than most. It was a complicated job moving an A/C unit from one location to another. Finding someone who wanted to move ductwork and coolant lines was hard, but they were up to the challenge. Infinite Air is a great air conditioning service contractor, knowledgeable and honest guys working hard to build a family owned and operated business. Infinite Air came highly recommended to me when my regular guy did not show or call after a service call. Infinite Air flow came to the rescue at their next available appointment and detected and fixed the issue right away. Thank you for the excellent service and will be upgrading a unit soon with Infinite Air. They triple checked their work and tested the entire system to make sure all was operational and I would not have any more problems. Our a/c went out due to a power surge so my husband called 5 different places to have 3 of them not answer and 2 of them tell him they couldn't make it until Friday. He was able to get a hold of the owner, Andrew from Infinite Air who told him not only what could be wrong with it but that he would be over to fix the problem the same day. Andrew and his crew went above and beyond to get the part and fix it for us within no time at all. They were very professional and courteous.
